Event Hub: attendance and intent outreach

Event Hub connects sessions to your program responsibilities — so attendance isn't a separate spreadsheet and follow-through doesn't depend on whoever ran check-in that day.

1. Link events to mandates

Before the first session, know which mandate this event serves (e.g. family engagement, student attendance, community outreach). Commitments under that mandate should reference the event.

2. Run check-in with intent

Mark expected vs. not-expected participants. When outreach gets YES/NO replies, intent status updates — coordinators see who still needs a follow-up.

3. Close the loop same week

Intent outreach works when someone owns the commitment to respond. Add a post-session commitment: "Contact families who replied NO" or "Confirm makeup options for absent students."
