About Podz — Responsibility Management for Schools & Nonprofits

Podz is a responsibility management platform built for the organizations that hold things together — schools, nonprofits, community programs, and the teams inside them.

We didn't start with project management. We started with a question: what happens when responsibility falls through the cracks?

In education and community work, the answer is real. Students lose opportunities. Programs stall. The people who care the most burn out because the systems around them don't scale care.
